ASHLEY RAO HANDKNITS
Haberdashery Cowl
This cowl is inspired by classic menswear fabrics, but enlivened by supersize patterns and asymmetric fastenings. Worked in the round as a simple cylinder, the neck shaping is created by offset button placement. The herringbone pattern uses slipstitch colorwork, where a single color is used in each round, creating both color change and texture.
